Where in life will it do you good to not take things so personally and instead reframe your thinking to be more objective and clear?
How would life change if you could do just that?
Is that something that's hard for you?

In this video, I talk about how I use Oracle Cards in my life and with students/clients I work with.
They can be a tool used to facilitate the connection with our intuition. They can also be a tool to help you decide if you want pizza or grilled cheese. It's up to you. :o)
School is back in session. I look forward to getting back into a routine and to connect again with the students and staff. But I will have to be very honest and the start of this year has felt heavier than others.
I work as a school psychologist. I love my job. I get to work with school systems, teams, and individuals to help students succeed. Over the years, I have seen "mental health" concerns in kids grow. I know that awareness has probably helped shine a light on the problem, but there is more at play.
Some schools have kids as young as 4 talking about taking their life. The Child Mind Institute reports that half of all mental illness occurs before the age of 14, and 75 percent by the age of 24. This highlights the need to create systemic approaches to the problem. The responsibility often falls on the schools.
