A lot of misinterpretation has presented Tantra to pertain to sex. Let's clarify...Tantra yoga works to deepen our connection to our energy and our body. When we can connect with ourselves in such an intimate way, it allows us to then reveal our soul and possible truly see another's as well.
We will assist you as you get in touch with your own body and your own energy. We work with you on the subtle energies within the body and mind to enhance spiritual growth and physical wellbeing.
When you explore these energies and their connection to the universe, the purpose of life and the connection to others can be understood in a new dimension.
Thirty minutes of each session will include discussing the subtle nature of who you are. We empower you to be the director of your life story.
