Basic Instructions:

  1. Lay down in a comfortable position. Play the video (headphones recommended.)
  2. Close the eyes, and breathe through the mouth only: 2 breaths in, 1 breath out, until you hear the instructions, "take a deep inhale."
  3. Inhale as deep as possible and hold the breath until instructed to exhale.
  4. Exhale, relax everything and meditate deeply.
